Victoria Place, Carlisle

Overview

Working alongside Blackbox Architects and a local Property Developer, we supported the change of use from a former Accountants Office to a number of historic Townhouses and Apartments.

Scope included a number of structural changes, reintroduction of stairs and features following the orginal conversion in the 1980's to an office, and extensive remedial works including new rooves, treatment and replacement of damage materials, and the compliance with the modern Building Regulations.
