Opera Bingo, Barrow
Overview
The former Kwicksave Supermarket had been out of use for a number of years and following the purchase of the building by our client, we worked with the architect and client to develop the site into a bingo hall to join their existing portfolio.
The site was previously developed on a brownfield site, and the existing drainage, and car park had a number of inherited issues. We worked to asertain the settlement isues across the site, and undertook the inspection, design and supervision of the external civil works and the limited internal fit out structures needed to accomodate the bingo hall.
