Old School Court
Overview
The site of a former primary school we worked with the developer to identify options for the existing building before assisting with a planning application for the demolition and reconstruction into a number of 2-3 bed flats and townhouses.
Limited access and a constrained city centre site, required careful construction sequencing alongside detailed structural and civil works design, adopting prefabricated roof panels, concrete floor and stair units and the use of a tower crane on the site.
