Deer Close, Coniston
Overview
in 2017 we designed a new dwelling on the shores of Coniston Water, using insulated concrete formwork. The dwelling was completed in 2018 and was sold in 2023.
Following the sale of the property we were engauged to assist in the redevelopment of the property for the 2024 Omaze Xmas prize, with alterations undertaken to the main dwelling, reconstruction of the garage to create a home gym, and new timber structures within the landscaped gardens.
